RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- All items would need to be purchased originally from Adikkt
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sale item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable. Final Sale
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 30 days of receiving your original order.
CLOTHES RETURNS
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, and other similar stains on items when trying on.
Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
BEAUTY PRODUCT RETURNS
- Do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons. All goods will be inspected on return. We make every effort to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
FRAGRANCE RETURNS
- For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund fragrances once the original packaging and cellophane wrap has been opened or the product has been used.
SWIMWEAR AND UNDERWEAR RETURNS
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.
- To return swimwear and underwear it must be unused with complete original packaging.
- Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment,
HANDBAG RETURNS
- To return your handbag please wrap carefully in the original dust bag to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your handbag please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Kindly print and fill up the Exchange/Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange. Here you can select the option of receiving a store credit or a refund.
2.3 We will let you know where to mail us your parcel, so you can send your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
2.4 Any refund will automatically be issued back to the payment method you used to place the original order. This can take up to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer.
2.5 Refunds or Store Credit given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
2.6 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Adikkt.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you. We recommend you verify if the size you are looking for is available, then contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. please indicate the desired model/size. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold at care@adikkt.com
2.7 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
2.8 All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at www.adikkt.com you will need to contact care@adikkt.com so we can provide you with a return number and the address to ship the item(s) too.
Once you have received the return number. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note “Return shipment to …”. Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice with a tracking number.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Adikkt account.
